Context
LATAM SMEs run on WhatsApp. The same five-person bakery, agency, or repair shop that closes deals in chat is also tracking them in a notebook, a spreadsheet, and a manager's memory. Existing CRMs assume an English-speaking sales team and a desktop. None of those assumptions hold here.
The problem wasn't a feature gap. It was a paradigm gap.
What I built
Zavio is a CRM where the conversation is the record. Messages land in WhatsApp, are categorized and enriched by an LLM, and surface inside a workspace that owners can read in 30 seconds.
